RETURNS

If you would like to return your item, please email hello@littleflutterby.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Items will need to be returned, unused in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, it is recommended to use a tracked service for peace of mind. Refunds are only issued once the item has been received back. Due to the nature of these products the following items can not be returned:

  • Personalised or bespoke custom orders
  • For food hygiene reasons cake and cupcake toppers, including personalised ones
  • Gift cards and vouchers

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase or have any questions or queries, please email hello@littleflutterby.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to discuss any issues you have. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order and address details are correct at the time of ordering. Orders will be sent to the address details provided and refunds will not be given if the information is incorrect.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not currently accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS

In the unfortunate event that an item may arrive damaged, please email hello@littleflutterby.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of your order, providing clear and detailed photographs of the damaged packaging and item.
