All major credit and debit cards are accepted on my website via a secure payment gateway. You can also pay by BACS, payment details are provided on screen and on your order form. Full payment is required before I start work on your order. Orders will remain ‘On Hold’ until full payment has been received.

As a small handmade business starting out online, it is quite difficult to manage multiple stock levels of all the various colours and materials needed for each of my products, especially across different selling platforms. I have therefore allocated some stock purely for website orders only, which will be closely monitored.

If you are looking for more products than what is currently stated on my website, please get in touch. I may have some additional stock put aside for craft fairs, I can place an order for more materials, or I might even be waiting on a delivery to make more products with.

Individual products state how they are packaged.

In the aim of reducing waste, and to keep costs as low as possible, any outer cardboard boxes or packaging materials that are needed purely for postage only, will be reused. So please don’t be alarmed if your items arrive in an Amazon box (We all have them!) or a Clarks shoe box! Please consider if you can reuse any of the packaging again before disposing of it.

For personalised orders, please enter the words to be personalised carefully, as I will copy the text exactly as it is written. Due to the nature of these products the following items can not be returned:

• Personalised or bespoke custom orders
• Food hygiene reasons cake and cupcake toppers, including personalised ones
• Gift cards and vouchers

Custom orders are welcome, please get in touch to discuss your ideas.

All of my items are all handcrafted by me, Laura, at my home in Glen Parva, Leicestershire. All of my products are made to my own high standards, but as with anything handmade each one may differ slightly and will not be 100% ‘machine’ perfect, adding to the overall look and finish.

Any frames, mounts and materials used to make my products are stored out of direct sunlight, in a smoke free home.
